*Wolfpack* Banned Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 9,114	New Jersey to allow sports betting The state of New Jersey is going to allow betting on sports, although there is one little hitch: A federal law prohibits them from doing so. Now I have no idea how in the world it is Constitutional for the federal government to pass a law which allows some states to do something but forbids everyone else. Right now the only place you can fully and legally bet on sports is in Nevada (as the below article mentions, 3 other state are allowed to have sports betting but believe me when I say they are allowed to do so on only a VERY limited basis).
