This made me laugh. He cant make it because he is to busy vacationing, playing golf, and campaigning.

You obviously have not been a student of politics very long, a local administrative judge has no authority to subpoena the president..

This is about his facetime, not the law...

The Georgia AG feels differently and isn't happy that Obama's attorney isn't showing.

Do you understand anything about how the presidency works??? It is about presidential powers, Mahili is an administrative judge in Georgia. It does not make any difference if the Ga. AG is upset, he has no power over Obama.

Name any situation where a local judge has had any authority over a president?? There are none..

You obviously have never heard of executive privilege.. all this guy Mahili wants is face time..

Eisenhower, Nixon, Bush, Clinton have all exercised executive privilege.. it is what it is the power of the presidency.

Obama or his attorneys never showed up. Judge gave default judgement and OBAMA IS OFF THE GEORGIA BALLOT!!!

If Obama committed a crime, then he'd have to answer to local authorities, wouldn't he?

Far-fetched....but let's say a POTUS committed murder...he/she shouldn't have any executive privilege and should be treated as an ordinary citizen.

Executive privilege doesn't mean a POTUS isn't accountable on a local level.

But on this issue, he probably is.
