North Korea has to be the all time backasswards nation of the world.

Have seen a couple of documentaries on NatGeo, both hosted by Lisa Ling.. the people there live in complete fear of being detained in camps where no one returns from.

One followed an eye surgeon(Indian) who was donating his time to remove cataracts, at the end the folks who had surgery all gathered and had their eye patches removed.. one by one.. they all came up and praised their supreme leader, all the while wailing and nashing their teeth while condemning the US.
