I'm not biting on such an empty comment. FYI...China doesn't have the framework to prosper in a capitalist world economy.

Now maybe if they allowed the best & brightest to immigrate to their nation, they could compete long-term.

But then again, the thread subject is "Half the world's richest 1% live in the United States"

I thought 1%-ers were one of your favorite topics?

I wonder how much of the world's poorest 10% live in America, the land that liberals hate so much. In order to measure how "poor" people of different countries are, we'd have to look beyond net worth and instead look at quality of life. For example a "poor" person in America will still have access to free health care, housing subsidies and education for their children. Heck, you can have an apartment, 55 inch TV, cell phone and computer and still be below what America calls the "poverty line."

Given those criteria, I'd say probably none of the poorest 10% on the planet live in America. And yet, for some reason, all those liberals still hate us.

Hate is a stretch in the righty world, but it works for them, but do not understand "us" kimosabe???

Hate is a word used by the right to evoke sometype of sympathy as it portrays them as the victim of all of the anger by the lower classes?? For example, they hate us because we pay less taxes than we do, even though we are the job elimators.

Oh woe is me the "left hates us", we are the victims.. but it comes off as borish and quite tiring.
