SOUTH BEND -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana will not investigate alleged fraud regarding the submission of petitions to place Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the 2008 Indiana primary ballot, according to a press release issued by the county prosecutor's office.
"My discussions with the U.S. Attorney ... as to whether their office would be able to complete this investigation were concluded today with the response that the U.S. Attorney does not investigate allegations of fraud in the submission of petitions," Prosecutor Michael Dvorak said in the release
If/when we get Mexican-American candidate, we should go through a similar process.
So you think a Mexican-American candidate should undergo more rigerous scrutiny than say, any other-American candidate whose parents came here from Ireland or England or Russia or Italy?

Why would you say that, Mr.I-Am-Never-A-Racist?
No, that's not what I said...the "Official process" shouldn't change at all as long as the candidate provides a birth certificate.
I was referring john/jane Q Public putting them through a similar process. Most Americans can figure out which demographic group in America has the highest percent of illegal immigrants.
It will be the public that drives this process in the same manner as they did with president Obama. Although I doubt we'll see a Mexican-American candidate running for POTUS for at least a decade.
BTW...my hope is that a Mexican-AMerican WOMAN is the first Mex-American to run for POTUS...

Why did Obama wait so long to come up with the piece of ***** he showed us, I can get a Certified Birth Certificate in ten minutes.
I can also make a birth certificate like Obama showed us in ten minutes.
If the people that elect a President request that he show a valid Certificate and he waits Months to do it even after he is accused of not having one then There Is Something Fishy Going On, that piece of yellow crap that the Democrat Media says is a Real Certificate is nothing but Homemade Toilet Paper, kids can make one just like it on their Mothers computer.
"where the hell was he born mommy"
"nobody knows dear, but someday mr drudge will find out"
"oh"
