It is the same illogic that confuses misogynist comments with sexual assault.. the former being ok even though many times this is the basis of sexual harassment claims, all based on the beliet that is not that bad..
Then a moderator jumps on board and overtly gives that post a "like" or follows up with an equally misogynist comment, which condones the message..

Regardless, speaking of the NRA, if Cain really wants to put the rumors to rest and he's sure the complaints are all groundless and there was never any "sexual harassment," all he has to do is take the NRA up on their recinding of the confidentiality agreement and publish the two settled cases.
While it will still be a he-said, she-said decision it would at least detail the two complaints in full and, as long as he's been truthful that his innocent gestures ("She's about this tall") were misunderstood or blown-out-of-proportion his story will be confirmed and he'll be exonerated.
