It now turns out that the Post did not quite understand what Malik Obama was saying in the interview and paraphrased him incorrectly. Malik Obama did not say that his older brother has a Muslim background. The Jerusalem Post has since removed the story from its website, and we regret the error.

I love the phrasing from media matters, that Hume 'falsly claimed' regarding the JPost aticle, then has the integrity to retract when the Jpost is figures out the error.

Hume reporter accurately what the Jpost said then issued a correction when his source was shown to be incorrect. So MM looks to turn it into an attack on Hume's integity.

If it was reported based on incorrect facts, and when the facts were corrected the report was corrected, what's the problem?

It's not like he specifically went and lied about it, you know, like you just did about me changing a post of Wildo's.
