You need to step back. Everything you accuse others of on this board, you are guilty of 10 times over +1! You have NO patience, no tolerance, you're arrogant and you believe it's ok to "try" to belittle people. Was your childhood difficult?

You're not smarter than the average member here, yet you make it obvious that YOU believe otherwise. How can a man believe he is so smart when no one else can see it?

You have stated more than once "this isn't that serious...it's all in fun...I'm just joking" but if you could only see you as we see you, you'd realize you take this WAaaaayyyyy too seriously my friend.

I said it once before, but it needs to be repeated....

I don't have any idea what you're talking about. If you're talking about trying to belittle people, I suggest you look to your own posts, or to PF1996, or even my good friend Press Coverage.

I'll say though--you have no idea about me. You have no idea whether I'm smarter than you or dumber than my dog. Just as you have no idea about my age, my values or anything else.

Pretty funny. You act as though I somehow need to impress you--just you--to be smart or to be recognized for any degree of intelligence. Guess what? Impressing you is somewhere down around eating slugs on my list of important things I want to get done.

And please--stop trying to talk down to everyone. It's annoying and foolish, and honestly it doesn't make you look smart, it just makes you look desperate.
I mean really...R-E-L-A-X? Get over yourself, it's the internet. It's a discussion board.

And what's my childhood got to do with it, btw? But if it'll make you feel better, yes, it was rather difficult. My whole life has been difficult. I keep getting up every morning and going forward though. I don't get to say "oh I can't because I'm (fill in the blank).

They can't. That's one of the (many) problems with liberals - they think they're intellectually superior.

"they"??

I'm not the one who constantly tells other members they need to learn to read. I don't use profanity because it's a sign of poor character...at least that's what family values always says. Seriously, why would anyone ever use profanity on an internet board? Does it add to the intellectual content of one's post?

The problem with some of the conservatives on this board is that they believe these discussions are a contest. "you guys" seem to always be trying to win like there's something to be won when there isn't. An adult discussion involves 2 sides stating their view to gain a better understanding of the other. Some on this board seem to think it's about verbally pummelling the other side into submission. Now THAT'S childish and people who engage in such foolishness "SHOULD" be talked-down to...like an adult does to a child.

It's exceedingly tiresome.

Funny thing is, this is the same guy (Reign) who made a big production a week or so ago about how he didn't think he was better than anyone else etc etc.

Funny how a couple of weeks can change a fella.

IIRC, we covered this in a thread about 6+ months ago, and inner city schools spend a lot more money on education per student, than do rural schools. The key is parents.
