What does it matter what she is ... get an apartment for cripes sake.

Will the day ever come that 1 thread or 1 topic proves once and for all that democrats or republicans are superior ... what about the green party, the federal party ... they get away cheaply. Who picks on them?

Ouch. She makes $150k a year, how can she not afford to hang on to that home? Even at no money down, her note would be $2,680ish a month, plus taxes & insurance. She makes $12,500 a month in salary.

The mistake Richardson made was that she should have found a house that included a vacant lot nextdoor. She could them buy the house at a deflated price if she had a "friend" who would overpay the owner for the lot nextdoor.
