Once again, politicians not thinking. Porn, like it or not, is like a billion dollar industry, and almost all of it is produced in the Valley. Which means that all of the wages are paid in California, all the jobs are in California, and all the payroll taxes go to California.

What do you honestly think the porn ndustry would do if they passed a 25% tax on porn production in California? Would they pay the tax, or move to another state? They would move "en-mass" to another state.

It just goes to show you, how stupid and out of touch these politiicans really are.
