Yeah, so are some Ron Paul supporters, labor unions, churches, students, etc. True political movements attract all sorts of people who feel that government isn't hearing them. In the early days of the Tea Party we often saw racist signs and heard virulent anti-immigrant expressions. But, now that the Tea Party is simply an arm of the Republican Party and the Koch brothers, it's cleaned up it's public face. Let's hope the Democratic Party does not try or succeed in co-opting OWS. The challenges has always been to manage extremists in social movements, but frankly social movements including those involving women, labor, and civil rights have always managed to deal with the far left, and I think they'll deal effectively with both the far left and far right this time.
It's pretty much representative of those who support them in this forum. Socialists, anti-semites and self-loathers.
What a bitter, angry comment! Your comment, IMHO, would be as ignorant, myopic, and stupid as if I called the Tea Partiers and their supporters in this forum, "racists, religious lunatics, fascists, and bitter old people." While your comment may have been a necessary catharsis to manage your anger, I would suggest in the future you consider a little exercise rather than post that bile here.

Resorting to the lies of Rush Limbaugh, huh. No, unlike the Tea Party OWS so far has not been bought by anyone, and that's what scares the right-wing so much. Tea Partiers were easy to buy and are now owned by the Koch brothers and the Republican Party. So far, OWS is not owned by anyone. That's what, for now, makes it powerful, and scares the right wing.
What Limbaugh and the right are basing their argument on is that Soros donated $3 million to a group that donates money to various liberal causes, including the Gates Foundation and the Ford Foundation. A small amount of money (around $25,000) also went to Adbusters that is associated with OWS. That's the extent of Soros' involvement and Soros himself has said he supports the movement but is not involved in it. So far, OWS has not been co-opted. OWS is already such a big threat that the right-wing and its minions are resorting to lies, and people like you are being used as pawns to spread those lies. (May I humbly suggest that rather than blindly trust Limbaugh and Fox, do some homework and get the facts.)
