Default Why are OWS allowed to stay in Zuccotti Park?

Well clearly this protest is a function of the 2012 dem campaign.

See this Park is private property the 'protesters and drug dealers didn't bother to get city permits for their leftist event (and display of depravity). Bloomie has gone out of his way to accomidate the event.

As usual all you have to do is follow the $$$$$$.

Turns out the prop is owned by a Corp: Brookfield Asset Management run by evil rich people, you know the ones the protesters are supposedly denouncing.

BAM as it so happens just got a $168 loan guarantee for their energy project less than a week after OWS starter on their property. It also happens that Bloomie the billionaire's long time domestic partner is on the Board of Directors of this company. Small world isn't it.

Can you say Corporate Cronyism?
I knew you could.

And the dopes in the protest are blissfully aware of how they are being manipulated.

Here's The Real Reason Why Occupy Wall Street Protesters Aren't Getting Kicked Out Of Zuccotti Park

Which facts presented are you disputing?

Who owns the properties?

Who got the loan guarantee?

When it was granted?

When the protest started?

Who Bloomie the billionaire's significant other is?

That she is on the BOD?

Which of these are you disputing? What proff do YOU offer?

Or is it just fine since they are lefties?

In the early morning in downtown Manhattan, Occupy Wall Street protesters started to gear up for what some considered the first major threat to their nearly-month long residence at Zuccotti Park. Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg (I) had told the protesters that police would enforce a request from Brookfield, the private owners of the park, to eject the encampment for a cleaning at 7 a.m. Friday.

Half an hour before the scheduled ejection, Bloomberg’s office released a statement (see at bottom) saying the owners had changed their minds and would work with the protesters to keep the park clean.

The Department of Energy finalized the loan guarantee less than a week after Occupy Wall Street protesters took to Zuccotti Park, and with the Obama administration's Tuesday endorsement of the protests, rumors are starting to circulate that this could be the reason Brookfield is allowing protesters to remain on its property

What parts of the words "rumor" and "could be" do you have trouble understanding?

"you're either with us, or you're with ... the global banking cabal responsible for the meltdown of municipal budgets and retirement pensions"

it's clear our con mod will do his damnedest to support corporations and banking criminals at every turn.

To this gross mutation of modern conservatives: Business trumps people.

If they would just leave them alone they would "self destruct" they can't help themselves it's who they are they will just worse if left alone, they want confrontation, they want TROUBLE, they want the slobbering liberal sympathy.

FLAME THROWERS--------- THAT SHOULD GET THEM HOPPING.

Especially funny since these clowns and useful idiots are being funded by crony capitalist who feast on taxpayer dollars.

You apparently are fine with this.

I wouldn't be funding corp with loans backed by the tax dollars of working people.

YMMV.

Exactly. What we shouldn't be fine with is the continual political/corporate takeovers of genuine people with genuine concerns.
Real World likes this.
