Default Who Said This?

And would you vote for him/her?

We’re going to close the unproductive tax loopholes that allow some of the truly wealthy to avoid paying their fair share. In theory, some of those loopholes were understandable, but in practice they sometimes made it possible for millionaires to pay nothing, while a bus driver was paying ten percent of his salary, and that’s crazy. [...] Do you think the millionaire ought to pay more in taxes than the bus driver or less?

I believe it was the guy who lowered the highest marginal tax rate from 70% to 28%, no he would do what Obama is doing. He replaced a guy who was a 1 term, president and wrecked the economy like Obama is doing.

Yea the same guy who raised our taxes 4 times, dealt with the Iranians before he was even elected, exponentially increased defense spending and started the great deficits..

He was so wonderful the Republicans hated him, until he started to chase butterrflies..

I don't think you'll get much of an argument from people when it comes to closing loopholes. Where you get an argument from people, like me, is when you want to simply raise rates, or add "surcharges" as some are looking to propose now. We don't need higher rates. Just clean up the loopholes.

I shows how bereft the left is for ideas when they try to copy the Tea Party and try to say Reagan supports their ideas.

Shows us again, 13 - since I cannot make heads or tails out of what you tried to shows me in this tortured sentence:

and I am unsure what you mean by bereft.

A little less and a little more puncuation might go a long way.

Well Mrs it means the left doesn't have any ideas of their own because of the electorial tidal wave they are facing next year due to the utter failure of the Obama administration they are flopping around to try to find something to run on. Demonizing the 'rich' (who they are busy raising funds from at 35k+ per plate fundraisers) is what they have since they can't run on Obama's record.

So we see pathetic attempts to create a left wing Tea Party (which the left spent the past 2 years mocking) and to invoke Reagan to support their tax programs.

Pretty sad.

The only "idea" the right has had in the past decade is to decrease taxes.

The Bush tax cuts certainly worked some magic.
