what is more ludicrous is the dictator scrapped the currency and invented a new kind based on the multiple of 9's. plus overnight doubling gas and quadrupling natural gas.
quite humorous is the UN pressuring myanmar to once again do a referendum and allow for demoncratic elections. if the elections are fair you know the military will never give up power. the fact is the UN isn't doing what it was meant for. the powerful nations use it as a pawn for leverage to achieve their own given desires.
we will never invade myanmar or do anything because china has their back. just like in the sudan. these two countries are china's iraq crisis except they don't care about human rights violations and our administration somewhat does or portrays that image.

I'm not real familiar with the political situation in Myanmar, but if that is true, and China wants to see the regime stay in power, it also means any action taken by the US (or any coalition of countries) would be illegal, since China would presumably vote against it as a permanent member of the security council. That's right, isn't it?
