Why would we imply that she got the job because her husband was a senator? Michelle Obama is ridiculously qualified to serve in any capacity as an executive. If you've done any little bit of research you can see that the Obamas are very well educated lawyers who worked together for years. She's been vital to his success and he's not shy about saying as much. She could easily make that much anywhere. Chelsea Clinton makes upwards of 250k, what does that say? Nothing...

(by the way I don't anyone makes it into the 6 figures without a few breaks going their way but to say it's all because of him just seems silly at best)

She's a vicious princess and your health coverage has risen over the years due to her, hmmmmmmm, yea.
This is Chicago, whereas if your spouse is a politician, you get a very healthy salary. The current governor's wife has received generous commissions in real estate. I'm sure Michelle is capable of a good salary, but politics probably does play a role. Before you scream Dem's, a reminder that the last Ill. Gov (R) is in prison and three of the last seven did time. Sometimes your name carries a lot of weight, currently, we see that nightmare being played out in the White House.

You don't need Howie Carr to find a salary, I found it quite easily through Google.. all of these threads are idiotic, if she was a vp of community affairs she may have deserved the salary.. as there is no comparative salaries listed for similar adms. it is difficult to tell..

All you folks slay me underneath all of your rants is a strong hint of racism, because a competent woman got ahead.. I read somewhere she resigned, but it is not confirmed.. bottom line is who gives a f..ck.. she is not going to be the president.. remember Laura and her drunken car crash when she killed someone.. that was pretty drastic.
