Senator Hutchinson went to Weslyan University in Fort Worth. It may not be a state school, but its probably cheaper then one and is in the middle of the hood. I'll check out others, I wouldn't be surprised if some went to Univ. Tex.

We're talking about saddling someone with $200k in debt, for an education that might get them a $40-50k a year job when they get out. In 30 years when that tuition is paid, maybe they'll be able to save for a house. People are free to do what they want. I'm merely pointing out how ludicris some of it's becoming. People can pay what they want for a house, my mentioning how stupid they are, or how ridiculous the cost is, doesn't mean I want the fed to come in and supply all the property.
Nice double talk. So you "couldn't care less" and then you go on to make a thread about it and follow up with another post further pointing out the lunacy of tuition costs? Makes a ton of sense as usual Disney World. Glad to see you saddled your inconsistent nonsense with a "calm down" and "PC, righteuos rant" accusation. Where exactly was I not calm? Would you like to point out how anything I said was in anyway "PC?" Just what in the hell are you talking about?

You know, you're like a little kid who doesn't have a clue, but thinks he's smarter than everyone else. So I guess I can't post a topic, or discuss anything in a political forum? Afterall, my posting, after reading an article in the paper, about how these prime time schools are charging ridiculous tuition rates, is somehow double speak? So I guess I should only post my opinion on this, if I were willing to demand that the government come in and take it over, and regulate the costs. Poor Waldo. Seriously, do you ever have a clue? If some kid wants to blow $200k at BC, that's his/her perogative. The fact that I think it's reaching a point where it's not economically sensible, I guess is double speak. My friends bought houses in the last 3 years, where which I advised them not to. I guess I was double speaking somehow, since I didn't think the government should come in and supply one for them, or regulate the cost of the house they were planning on buying? Poor, poor Waldo.
