Seriously ... i get the thrill factor thing and why there are VIP sections. But at some point safety has to over rule making money. Why people were seated on the actual race course makes no sense at all. it's reckless ... totally reckless. As someone who has lived his life always aware of the infamous Murphy's Law (he loves me) - personal safety is on my mind at all times. No way I would ever be that close to any type of race track - air, land or sea.
