Default Now there is a vast oil field under the Arctic..

INteresting that none of the Main Stream Media.. Fox, Deseret News, Wash times, Newsmax, Worldnet or Drudge reported this anywhere.. where was it found, on Treehugger.com... without regard vast oil has been found in the arctic.. no need to drill on the North Slope.. with this Fla and North Dakota GM has introduced the HUMMER V... a 3 mph behemoth.. what is chilling is the report of possible war with Canada.. soon there will be canadian insurgents crossing the border.. time for a very big fence.

http://www.canada.com/topics/news/st...96b2708&k=6345

U.S.-based company that has controversially laid claim to nearly all of the Arctic Ocean's undersea oil said Thursday that new geological data suggests a "potentially vast" petroleum resource of 400 billion barrels.

That figure is backed by a respected Canadian researcher who recently signed on as the firm's chief scientific adviser.

Las Vegas-based Arctic Oil & Gas has raised eyebrows around the world with its roll-of-the-dice bid to lock up exclusive rights to extract oil and gas from rapidly melting areas of the central Arctic Ocean, currently beyond the territorial control of Canada, Russia and other polar nations.

The EU report was just the latest in a string of recent warnings about potential clashes over Arctic resources - including a prediction from former U.S. Coast Guard Cmdr. Scott Borgerson of possible armed conflict between the U.S. and Canada over Arctic sovereignty.

"The United States should not underestimate Canadian passions on this issue," Borgerson, a fellow at the influential Council on Foreign Relations, wrote in an article in the latest issue of Foreign Affairs magazine. "Unless Washington leads the way toward a multilateral diplomatic solution, the Arctic could descend into armed conflict."

.

Maybe the ice is melting a little bit up there to allow the drilling and production of this oil to go more smoothly.

Why not!!

Does NAFTA have anything to do with this? The Union of North America might not be such a bad idea.

Aren't the glaciers melting, too??!!

Bottom line for me: I don't think anyone really knows what's going on. Sun spots, variations that occur naturally, man-made carbon emissions coming home to roost... who really knows??? The earth has been covered in ice a mile thick (up until only a few thousand years ago in most of North America), and there have been periods of lush tropical forests in northern Canada and Alaska. I think we are witnessing a phase of nature, which humans have not really done much to bring about.

One thing I DO know is that whenever people run around panting and gyrating until their heads start to fall off, I get a pretty strong suspicion they are getting a little Linda Blair-y, so I tend to be more circumspect.

Exorcism does work. ..... Doesn't it????

There IS a New World coming, but it definitely will NOT be the kind of Bilderberg/CFR/Rothschilds/House of Windsor or any of that Old World Order malarky. That is dead. Been there already, done that already, don't want that already.

When Christ promised he would return to build his Kingdom, he wasn't just blowing smoke. He meant it.

Get ready!!!
