How does a 22 year-old get a multi-million dollar defense contract?

Actually, I thought Israeli, too. But I didn't want to sound anti-semitic.

Anywho, Israel has a crap load of weapons, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if some Israeli mafioso types weren't dealing a few "procured" weapons for a little profit. Or big profit, either.
