You won't find it in any of the articles, but Bill O'Reilly had the girl's mother and the father's lawyer on the show the other day and basically beat the warden up over this. He made the warden finally let this guy see his daughter.

Some one I new as a kid from my neighborhood was in Federal prison for selling pot. While in he developed terminal liver cancer. He asked if he could go home when it was apparent he had just a day or two to live. He was denied. This wasn't the only time I have heard of similar situations. I'm glad this guy got out to see his daughter. But IMO its cruel and incompassionate to deny someone who has a non-violent record,and who is no threat to society to die with his family present
