worst guy EVER! 25 years seems like a short prison stay.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23798344/ Mauldin at first told police his daughter had been severely sunburned, later changing his story and saying he had accidentally spilled hot water on her while making coffee. Ana suffered second- and third-degree burns to her left ear, cheek, hand and shoulder and required two skin grafts after being in the microwave. Part of her left ear had to be amputated. "She will always for the rest of her life be reminded just by looking in a mirror," Vandiver said. Prosecutors said Mauldin was angry that he was in a loveless marriage and took it out on his daughter. Just before putting her in the microwave, Mauldin had punched the baby and put her in the hotel-room safe and refrigerator. They also said Mauldin had a history of violence and of lying about being mentally ill to get out of trouble. Probation, treatment instead? |

Why there are any microwaves for use, I have no idea.
Nothing good ever came from a microwave.

So are there still any people who are opposed to the death penalty? There shouldn't be.

I will never radiate my food.
It cooks all vitamins out. Radiation isn't a health concern? It should be. Cancer isn't very fun I hear.

This guy will be sent to prison and dropped off the third tier a couple of times, then they will put him in protective custody.. then they will send him to a prison in another state so he can have a "fresh" start.... maybe they should just let "survival of the fittest" take place in the original placement... rotten bastard.

Further developments, daddy microwave breaks out the Wah, Wah machine after court and is refusing to terminate his parental rights.. lawyer is adding to the problem because he opens his mouth.. here is an answer involuntarily terminate them.. mom aka dumb bytch has already terminated hers..
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/5654682.html GALVESTON — Joshua Mauldin is refusing to give up his parental rights after being sentenced to 25 years in prison for burning his 2-month-old daughter in a microwave oven, his attorney said Thursday. "He loves his baby," said attorney Sam Cammack III, who represented Mauldin in the trial that led to his conviction Tuesday on a charge of injury to a child. The same jury that convicted him sentenced him to 25 years in prison Wednesday and fined him $10,000 for placing then-2-month-old Ana Murphy in a microwave oven at a Galveston motel. "He wants to be part of Ana's life," Cammack said. Mauldin, 20, of Warren, Ark., sat expressionless in court Tuesday as Ana's foster mother described the child's painful rehabilitation from second- and third-degree burns on her face and left hand. Cammack said his client contained his emotions in the courtroom, but dissolved into tears after he was removed to a holding tank for prisoners. "He basically wept uncontrollably," Cammack said. "He was really affected by it." The mother, Eva Mauldin, could not be reached for comment in Arkansas, but Cammack and the grandmother, Joanie Mauldin, said she had voluntarily relinquished her parental rights.

Imagine the things that go on in this Diarrhea Society today that we don't hear about, this case sounds just like one of those HBO Movies that the Hollywood scumbags would be calling "movie of the year".
The "Crips, Bloods and Skinheads" will take care of this guy or he will spend 20 years in a 10x12' cell thinking about Microwaves. He should also be castrated. ![]()
