I just kinda think the Chinese were behaving as terrorists before GWB was elected. Remember Tiannemen?

The term "terrorist" has been used by governments to describe anyone who acts against the government. Eco-terrorists, insurgents are terrorists, "cyber-terrorists". The word is as overused and misused as "war".

The Dali Llama is not a terrorist, but it works for the Chinese government.

I agree with this. It's basically what I was (trying) to say. I just don't get why certain people feel they need to blame GWB for everything.
