Default McCain rising as Dems fight

.

Interesting developments in the national mood. Look for attacks on McCain to escalate from now. More street theater likely.

Obama's lead over Clinton narrows: Reuters poll

By Steve Holland

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democrat Barack Obama's big national lead over Hillary Clinton has all but evaporated in the U.S. presidential race, and both Democrats trail Republican John McCain, according a Reuters/Zogby poll released on Wednesday.

The poll showed Obama had only a statistically insignificant lead of 47 percent to 44 percent over Clinton, down sharply from a 14 point edge he held over her in February when he was riding the tide of 10 straight victories.

Illinois Sen. Obama, who would be America's first black president, has been buffeted by attacks in recent weeks from New York Sen. Clinton over his fitness to serve as commander-in-chief and by a tempest over racially charged sermons given by his Chicago preacher.

The poll showed Arizona Sen. McCain, who has clinched the Republican presidential nomination, is benefiting from the lengthy campaign battle between Obama and Clinton, who are now battling to win Pennsylvania on April 22.

McCain leads 46 percent to 40 percent in a hypothetical matchup against Obama in the November presidential election, according to the poll.

Polls mean little and it's a long way to the campaign.. but interesting nonetheless.

Just wait til the general election, and the mud will REALLY start flying. McCain's going to slammed weekly (maybe more) by silly stories via biased outlets such as the New York Times and Obama will get it through stupid email blitzes and by some in the talk radio world.

This is going to be nasty.

Not sure how "nasty" it will be. Both McCain and Obama have demonstrated rather low-key, basically upbeat and positive campaigns. Neither has sought out the low road against any of their opponents. I believe they feel that nastiness just does nobody any good; it certainly makes America look bad.

So I think it is going to be a good September and October.

All bets are off if Hillary becomes the Dem candidate, however. She, like her husband, has no shame whatsoever when it comes to politics.

Even if it's not directly from the candidates, trust me it will be nasty. The PACS and such will be sure to throw all the dirt necessary. Moveon will call McCain the Manchurian candidate and some comparable Republican PAC will spread emails calling Obama a Muslim (assuming Obama is the candidate).

It should be nasty, but I hope you're right and it's not.

I predicted this when the Democrats turned Obama into a "GOD" because he talks pretty and he's Black.

Hillary is a hand clapping joke in a yellow pant suit.

The democrats themselves will get McCain elected.

Another Prediction:
Riots will follow the landslide victory of McCain.

Obama is a very scary man, nobody really knows what is inside his head or where his true loyalty really lies and the Far Left Democrats don't care, Obama is Black, he has mastered the art of "talking white" and has hypnotized every Looney Liberal Democrat in this country.

There are a lot more of those "Pastors" out there than we know about and even if the MS Media does lnow about them they don't want to tell you (it isn't politically correct)

Big Trouble Is Right Around The Corner.
