Herr Beck, sounds off with more vitriol.. believing he is a prophet, telling folks I told you so..

But wait, could he be pimping one of his sponsors?? Just like the gold hysteria, that profited goldline..

More "Fred Phelps" behavior, politicizing the misfortune of others, in this case not for god but for the bottom line.

Last October, however, Business Insider commented on the commercial relationship which appears to be behind Beck’s crusade for food preparedness. “You may have heard about Beck’s relationship with Goldline International, which urges people to buy gold and stay safe from the supposed inevitable devaluing of the dollar,” the website noted. “Now meet Food Insurance, which sells survival kits of freeze-dried food and other items to help people live from two weeks to 12 months, depending on the plan purchased (and post-apocalyptic conditions). Beck has promoted the company’s products, is featured prominently on the company’s website, and a banner ad for the company, bearing Beck’s image, was spotted on his website Monday.”

The guy's an embarrasment. I guess his ratings are high enough that FOX continues to let him spew his garbage. Hmmmm, how do they balance that out?

I suppose we should take it as a positive that he hasn't proclaimed this to be God's judgment that the leadership of the civil rights movement has passed from MLK, whose memorial opening got rained out, to Glenn himself -- as he "reclaims the Civil rights movement... because we were the ones who did it in the first place."

He's been gone from Fox for a month or two. They replaced him at 5PM with " The Five", 5 talking heads with different views on the spectrum , token liberal ( polar opposite of MSNBC with their token conservative)

i'm waiting for the first news/opinion network to admit global oil depletion as a platform of their coverage...

for a long time, i was convinced it was gonna be MSNBC, and they have hinted at it with those Maddow commercials. But ultimately, they have failed, despite enormous opportunity to acknowledge that big white elephant in the room. Even Pacifica doesn't touch it.

Now, my money is on Current. Sooner or later, it will happen.

Beck is ultimately right that we are facing major, imminent paradigm change. But he's laughably wrong as to the cause of it all.
