Obama lied through his teeth !

He said he never knew of Jeromiah Wrights comments before yesterday.
This guy was the spiritual advisor to his campaign and he did not know
of his radical views. He knew him for 20 years and he considers him
as close as an uncle, but he did not know about his views????

When asked why he un-invited him to his campaign kick off, he said that
he had heard he was a little confrontational.

Yeah, those sermons we've been seeing sure looked like one time events and he's probably a real even keeled pastor most of the time, right . . . SUUUUURE.

Not sure how we hold a pastor accountable for the actions of a presidential candidate.. didn't Falwell and Robertson come and see George and tell him that homosexuality was to blame for 9-11.. did we blame George?? No we blamed Falwell and Robertson..

Either your reading comprehension sucks or you need to post a link backing that statement up. In the link that this thread is founded on Obama said he became aware of the inflammatory statements at the beginning of his presidential campaign, which was many months ago, not yesterday.

No he did not, he lied through his teeth last night, he said he knew of a "few", but was not aware of the ones that they were running yesterday.

Obama's shot at the Presidency is done, he must now concetrate on remaining in the US Senate. He set himslef up with when he said that he was not in the church to any of these statements, I'm sure tht Hillary's campaign is going through all the video now, and if they can find some video of him giving this racist an "Amen" after one of his racist comments, he will have to resign from the Senate.

He should have stayed a muslim.

And we're saying we don't believe it. Do you actually think that you could go to that church for 20 years and not see that kind of stuff ? Does that pastor look like he would be giving sermons about love and mutual respect most of the time ? For a Democrat to say yes would be equivalent to a Republican saying he thinks Bush is a smart guy; it doesn't pass the sniff test.

No-one is holding the pastor responsible. We're holding Obama responsible for who he associates with and wondering who the real Obama is if this is who he picks to be a friend/advisor.
