Adultry committed by a public figure who has a trusting wife and children and who was elected by the people who also by electing him showed their faith and trust in him may be seen by some as a private matter but it clearly shows "The Charcacter" of the man.

Ummm...Doesn't that go without saying when you're talking about 98% of all politicians?
To even consider running for office above selectman or city council these days you have to have a series of character flaws. To put your family through the public scritiny that goes along with it is borderline psychotic.
