I've seen all this talk about a joint ticket, but I just don't see how it happens. If you were Obama, would you want to be second fiddle to Hillary and Bill? I don't think so. Not when you've individually energized so many potential voters. It's because of him that lots of newer people are expected to vote. Plus, being #2 would mean waiting a potential 8 years, while risking your name, unknown but clean, to 4-8 years of Clinton(bad) press. Why risk tarnishing yourself? I'd relent and run in 2012 if I were him, or even as a 3rd party this year. What's more, is that he's the favorite for the nomination, so why should he concede it to Hillary? That of course brings us to the flip side. Hillary as #2. No way. If I'm Obama, I don't want Hillary and Bill over my left shoulder for 4-8 years. Again, tarnishing my name, and most likely undermining me so that they look good, I look bad, and they can move to top dog. I'd almost worry about them knocking me off so they could take the top spot. Obviously crazy, but would some of you not kinda think it's possible if you were Obama? I just don't see how they work as a 1, 2 punch together. They just don't seem to be a good match as a ticket IMO.

I have lost all respect for her. Saying, "Both myself and Senator McCain have years of experience and ability to be commander in chief while Obama has a speech" put me over the edge from disliking her policies to just disliking her. She may as well have said "If I don't get into the White House then I don't care who does."

If ever there were an election with a coccled candidate this is it. I can understand her anger. the press has an obligation to write about the candidates inside and out. Hillary gets written on inside and out ... Obama gets softball questions, does not get challenged for dodging the media, and does not get the deep inspection all other candidates have gotten. So, if and when he wins the Presidency who will get the blame ... not Bush...not this time.

I agree she's seen a ridiculous double-standard from the media. I think the reason is that (as with the Pats) it's easier to get ratings to pander to those that passionately hate her than to give an honest take on her compared with Obama. On the other hand, she's done some things that really p!ss me off, and I gave her the benefit of the doubt.

Through all this display of desperation and stupidity by the Clinton family, Obama continues to keep his cool and stay focused. It's really impressive. I wouldn't be able to keep my cool (I know, shocking). If he can continue to weather the Clinton barrages - which will get much, MUCH worse - I hope the People will be able to recognize it and notice that that is a major character asset Obama seems to possess (at least so far). A cool head is probably the most important asset a president can have. Combine that with extreme intelligence (this guy got the brains of Hillary and McCain combined) and he looks very good. Unknown is whether that is something American voters can distinguish anymore. Certainly the press can't.

It's easy to keep your cool when the media doesn't press you. Let's see the MSM run some negative stories about him, and agitate him over every little issue, and then we'll truly see how "cool" he is. When they asked him about Rezko last week, he ran away after saying he had answered "seven questions". The truth is we don't know much about him. We know he likes to vote present. That's about it. When he does secure the nomination, hopefully we'll get to really see what he's made up. Looking good against someone like Hillary Clinton is not very difficult to do. Why do you think republicans want to face her so badly?
