Just when you thought those mother*****ers couldn't go any lower or get any sleazier, we see the following note on DrudgeReport. But hey..!! At least they're not using Barack Hussein Mumia Abu-Muhammed Osama bin-Jamal X's middle name..!!
I look forward to seeing the full article, and hopefully this is just an erroneous report.

It would be a pretty silly challenge to his eligibility, I mean, he was born on a US military base to 2 American citizens. I don't necessarily think its wrong of the Times to publish a story about it though, it is an interesting tidbit. (Of course I think they have more sinister intentions that just the fact that it is interesting, but you can make the case very easily that it IS newsworthy and there is no bias on their part)

The NYT was never lower than when it peddled Judith Miller's Iraq build-up stories, and dismissed people for even suggesting her stories be fact-checked.
This is a story with basis and interest. The Iraq WMDs stories were propagandized fluff pieces pushed by the Bush Administration directly to NYT reporters it knew it could trust.
Any time the starter of this thread would like a tit for tat exchange of examples depicting the CORPORATE media's true role in enabling the Bush Doctrine, I'm all for it.

Cannot find where this is linked to the New York Times, could Drudge be begging the issue. Find it interesting that it is ok to criticize the NYT by Drudge, who is about a biased as anyone who posts on the internet.. not as blatant as Rush or Savage, but in a very subtle but obvious way.
IMO he was born on an american base to american parents, know lots of people in this situation.. their american citizenship has never been questioned. I think it is a matter for academia, not for most of the people of the us.

Actually, it's a balanced article about an interesting subject. The only question seems to be, What is meant by "natural born," given that the phrase has never been tested in court. At any rate, as the article says, it's an interesting legal issue.
