Default Democrat Insiders on Obama's Biggest Threat

Democratic Insiders View Romney as Obama's Main Threat - Hotline On Call

Who would be the Republicans' strongest presidential nominee in 2012?

I wish it wasn't Romney ... don't care for him myself.
Would prefer it to be a moderate all else being equal.

Mitt Romney 48%

Rick Perry 20%

Jon Huntsman 16%

Chris Christie 6%

Tim Pawlenty 6%

I always love it when the dems look to pick the pubs nominee. It is like Brer rabbit “Whatever you do,” cried Brer Rabbit, “Don’t throw me into the briar patch”

4 years ago the dems were 'afraid' of poor old McCain, now the RINO Romney, They want to run against Palin just like in 2010 they wanted to paint the Pubs as the Tea Party, well we know how that worked out.

We just have to try to evaluate them the best we can."

Find it interesting that polls this morning show an 82% unfavorability rating for congress after the last circle jerk, so no one should be content with what is going on inside the beltway..

Wholesale change??

Some of the challengers will be marginalized quickly, due to their extreme views when they hit the national stage.. recently read somewhere that only one other governor is goingto "The Response" and only 6,000 people signed up. But suspect that they will pack it somehow, maybe bring some homeless folks at the promise of some free food.

Well the dems have 24 seats they are defending this cycle and Cut Cap and Trade had 66% approval in CNN polling, so wholesale changed for H Reid and his rat brigade could be in process. Let's just hope for change from Obama/Reid.

Romney is a paper tiger.

He won't be the GOP nominee. They'll end up with someone much more conservative, insane, and unelectable.

In that sense, Obama's greatest gift is the quality, or lack thereof, of his opposition.

Considering Obama's approval rating is still 15 points higher than Bush's at his nadir, and considering what he has to deal with... yeah.

It's a shame you don't have any decent presidential candidates.

None of them, somebody else will come out of nowhere, like gangbusters.

Romney is a true Republican. He fits in with them then the Democratic party. And towards election 2008, I don't think Dems were afraid of McCain. The Tea Party thing work out in the senate. And looking at right now, both the Dems and Repubs are equal unpopular. Romney would win a election where Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann would lose badly unless there is great depression.
