You're right. Like Dahmer, Son of Sam, Virginia Tech shooter, Boston Strangler and Ted Bundy, there is pure evil whether they think their dog telling them to kill or for whatever mucked up reason.

to me, if you don't value human life, to the extent that you kill someone intentionally, then you're crazy

of course , the courts have a different definition due to not wanting people to loophole themselves into early release/out of maximum security jail time

but one of my definitions of crazy is , not valuing human life

my definition of crazy differs from the "bouncing off the walls smearing them with poo" crazy

legally , i'd say he's probably sane , just desensitized to human life and it's value

but my own personal opinion is that anyone who knowingly takes a life , unless in self defense, is crazy

but then again, when you think about that, it opens up the "what's self defense"

army's kill in defense of their nation and or defense of interests home and abroad

this guy probably (and i believe he's said as much) did all this killing, by his rationale, to defend some kind of ideal of his

the difference i'd say , is he attacked the defenseless
