Sarah Palin's Informercial... a Boring Combination of Bombast and Whining...
Sarah's two hour self promoting informercial debuted this weekend, and does not seem to be faring very well.. read in one city in Texas did sell out one showing, and that was because the local republican group bought out all the tickets... guess brevity is not a strong point of Sarah...
The next step will be that if you subscribe to Worldnet, Newsmax or Town Hall they will send you free tickets to this movie and all of a sudden it will become immensely popular.. today they are giving away Laura Ingraham's new book on her website or Town Hall for a paid subscription... tommorrow it will be a best seller on NYT or Amazon.. the people have spoken.
Guess that dang old mainstream media did this one in too.. it is part of a grand conspiracy.
As to how audiences are reacting to “The Undefeated”, there is this front-line take from an Atlantic reporter who braved hundreds of people dressed in robes and carrying wands to attend a showing at a multiplex in southern California that was also showing The Movie Which Must Not Lose Money. His report? He was the lone attendee.
The Orlando Sentinel’s Roger Moore gave it 1.5 out of four stars, saying it was “persuasive” in its portrayal of Palin’s gubernatorial accomplishments. But he said its lack of balance eroded its credibility, calling it “an infomercial of almost comical omissions.”
On the review-aggregation site Rotten Tomatoes, 10 reviewers had collectively given it a positive score of zero percent.
Bannon, a maker of conservative films whose last project was about the tea party, has said he believes “The Undefeated” will appeal to a general audience of nonpolitical Americans, winning them over with Palin’s anti-establishment bona fides. Its title is a reference to Palin’s supposedly indomitable spirit and values.

Guess the Sarah Infomercial did not do all that well, despite one theater in Texas selling out because a local Republican Chapter bought the whole show..
Maybe they are waiting for it to go to DVD, where it can be gotten free from World Net, Town Hall, Hot Air etc. and then it will listed as an "overwhelming success".....

If you read the article...
"Kennesaw, Georgia (CNN) -- The distributor of the Sarah Palin biopic "The Undefeated" is expected to announce details of a wider run after a 10-city opening over the weekend."
And I forgot.. which major studio is backing this for a major release?

We just have to try to evaluate them the best we can."

A: I read the article, and you owe me 5 minutes of my life back.
B: Not a single one. None. Zero. Zip. Nada
