We are now footing the bill for J.W. Carney to defend Whitey.

I have a better idea....... Let's put J.W. Carney on hold and
let's give Florida and Oklahoma first shot at Whitey.

They have the death penalty, and it wil save our state millions
to have Whitey dies of lethal injection in either state.

Yeah... I know the victims family....
So we foot the bill to fly the victims families to Florida to watch his
death and we toss in a week at Disney land.

It would still be much cheaper than flying him round trip to court
and pick up the JW Carney tab.

Oklahoma and Florida know how to treat someone like Whitey.

As for "J W Carney" -- is that a defense attorney, or firm? regardless, I don't think the state pays defense attorneys' typical rates.

His movement has to do with security, and to just move him around may cause injury to others as they seem to be anticipating a crossfire.

Do not agree with the appointment of a court ordered attorney, but Carney will work for wages agreed upon by the court, and not his usual fees. Carney is in the rotation for court appointed attorneys, and by doing so he agrees to the wages set by the court, not by his needs.

Where is his double dipping brother, he should have come forth and offered to pay for his brother's attorney.. now it is like he is triple dipping.

I haven't paid much attention to that trial but I do know it has been on CNN/FOX/MSNBC for over a month. What a waste of cash.

Hysteria abounds once again, he is being tried in Federal District Court so the death penalty is an option.. vs. a regular Mass. state court.

You can try him in Florida or Oklahoma, but no matter where you do it he is entitled to due process, a "vigorous defense" and unfortunately because his scumbag double dipping brother will not help him out, you have to provide some type of court appointed attorney.

When you try capital murder cases, you have to provide a very good defense.. there are no shortcuts.. rightfully so.
