Today, my local Pharmacy, Jesus Christ whats next my paper boy, when I speak to these people I can't understand one f-cking word their saying, why in the name of Jesus do these places hire people to answer a phone who can't speak the English language, why don't they give these jobs to THE AMERICAN ENGLISH SPEAKING HOMELESS PEOPLE why has America Gone Crazy, is this another case of big business sucking up a little more profit or is it one of those slopping slobbering do-gooder affirmative action bull***** feel good programs.

If the American consumer actually cared more about customer service, "Made in America," the local independent store, etc., we'd have much less offshoring. Instead, too many people claim to want one thing, but their actions with their wallets say another.

In the spirit of rewarding companies that seem to care about service, quality products, etc., rather than just *****ing, I'll mention 2 that I recently had good experiences with. And both are located in New England:
