At least this shows us that spiderwebs can be present in cold weather.

How about this for all the talk about fibrous material must come from chemtrails:

So how did the NWO get the chemicals to fall from the sky in 1898?

Also interesting to note that spiders sometimes balloon, or release fibers to float on air currents. That would be one simple explanation for what I've been reading about the fibers that fall to Earth from supposed chemtrails.

My big problem here is that there is no logic in saying that you found what looked like a spiderweb on your truck in winter so it must have been from chemtrails. Why exactly would you see evidence of chemtrails in Montana with such a low population? Any major population centers are too far away for any chemical or biological agent to be really effectively delivered there from Montana. Why haven't I ever seen any evidence here in MA with a much higher population?

AO Report Admits ‘Chaff’ Lab Report Reveals Much More The Idaho Observer

Last May a family in Iowa contacted the office of Sen. Tom Harkin (Democrat -Iowa) to report the constant criss-crossing of “chemtrails” in the sky above their neighborhood. They received back from the senator’s office a General Accounting Office (GAO) report on “military chaff” and the material safety data sheet for aluminum-coated fiberglass fibers being spread-seven days a week for several hours each day-in *the skies above their home.
The chaff is spread by pilots learning how to mask planes or send false radar images. It was reported that the military also has lead-based chaff, but that it is not being used at this time. Chaff was used by the military in Europe in WWII and, according to the GAO, had been used in training here at home since the 50’s.
Once chaff reaches the ground, it breaks down into particles small enough to inhale. Though military spokespeople insist that chaff is not harmful, the GAO report concluded that health effects are unknown and more studies are needed.
Regardless, some members of this family are very sick. On May 23, after a hard rain the day before, they a noticed glittering substance and a pinkish-colored powder substance on the roof of their house. They then noticed the glittering substance on many surfaces, even the dashboard of the family car. Both substances were collected and sent to a lab for analysis.
Among the substances found to be in the samples were several that should simply not be there:
6 bacteria, including anthrax and pneumonia 9 chemicals including acetylcholine chloride
26 heavy metals including arsenic, gold, lead,mercury, silver, uranium and zinc
4 molds and fungi
7 viruses
2 cancers
2 vaccines
2 sedatives

In case anyone's wondering its almost never above freezing at the altitudes jet airplanes cruise at. Temperature decreases at about 3.5 degrees per 1000 feet of altitude. So whatever it is at the surface, it'll be about 100 degrees colder at 30,000 feet. Nothing evaporates when its that cold. Even if its 120 degrees in Arizona, in July, its still about 20 degrees 30,000 feet up. When its that cold all clouds are made up of ice crystals and they tend to just hang there for days, going where the winds aloft take them. For the record I earned 6 college credits in Meteorology. Imagine the holes an actual meteorologist could blow in the 'chem trails' myth.

Terry, I'm not sure how many cool looking pictures of contrails you need to post, they can ALL be explained by atmospheric phenomena. They are not evidence of chemtrails in the least, and thinking that they are demonstrates lack of understanding of atmospheric chemistry (and there is no shame in that, it is a complicated subject, but you seem to ignore the science). It is willful ignorance of the facts. You see what you want to be true, not what logic dictates is most likely going on.

Look at what you posted here. You have evidence that the fibrous material is NOT what you think it is, but rather chaff. Now I don't think its a good thing for chaff fibers to be falling on people, but it certainly isn't for mind or weather control. Read what supposedly was in the sample. Anthrax, for example. Oh my GOD there was anthrax! Well here's a test for you. Go outside, scoop up a shovel of dirt, and analyze it. You will be SHOCKED to find Bacillus anthracis present! Anthrax, or the bacterium that contains the toxin, is a common soil organism. Same goes for all the scary heavy metals, mold, fungi, and viruses (although if this report were anything more that COMPLETE BS they would have found more than 4 species of mold/fungi, more than 7 viruses (assuming they could identify them of course, which is very difficult. 2 cancers, now its getting funny. What did they find, cancer cells? Do you know how difficult it is to keep cancer cells alive? (Very, in case you didn't see where I was going with that) You'd better keep them in a 37 degree C incubator with 5% CO2 in growth media containing all essential amino acids, growth factors from cow blood serum, antibiotics, and other chemicals to ensure proper pH, salinity levels, carbonate levels, etc. And you'd better change that media often. Otherwise they die! You think they really isolated cancer cells from airborne fibers? And what if they did? Do you think you're going to get cancer if you inhale cancer cells? You could eat a bucket of them, you could bathe in them and you'd be fine. You might get a tumor if you implanted a mass of cells subcutaneously, other than that no dice. How did they determine they were cancer cells and not normal fibroblasts or lymph cells? How about vaccines? How would they even know if they were vaccines? Do you know what a vaccine is? A vaccine is either a weakened form of a virus or bacterium or a component of that virus. How would they differentiate between the vaccine and just another bacterium or virus? Did they sequence the DNA (or RNA for many viruses)? The more these things try and use the guise of science the more ridiculous they become.

What about the UN thing? They made a resolution not to control the weather, do you really consider that proof that the US is controlling the weather for good or bad?

Wasn't Carnicon fooled by an April fools joke that pointed out dangerous levels of "dihydrogen monoxide" in a sample? (Dihydrogen monoxide would be WATER by the way)

I never said cancer is a hoax. Cancer is real, your government intentionally causing cancer by releasing toxins or cancer cells from planes is probably not.

Just because you want to believe in all these things doesn't make them true. When there are simpler explanations for things going on you have to question the logic of convoluted, unlikely theories to explain the world.
