That's actually an instance where I think eminent domain makes sense. I think the government should, with significant compensation in mind, be able to take someone's land when it truly has to. I think protecting a border that has permitted some 10-20 million invaders in over the last 10-20 years, falls under that. I am vehemently opposed to a city doing it for a Wal-Mart.
