In one rambling rant he managed to make Obama the following things:

He then became a gay college drop-out who worked as a drug mule while he traveled across the world avoiding arrest warrants and filing false income tax reports. He got a fake college diploma, lied his way into Harvard where the Saudis paid his tuition and bought him the presidency of The Harvard Law Review with a gift to the school of 20 million dollars - which they did because they were so impressed with his tales of fighting for jihad against the Russians in Afghanistan. (Alternately, if you do not want to believe he was a jihadist it's equally possible he was a CIA street hire instructed to haul Afghan heroin back to New York, so the Afghans could buy U.S. made stinger missiles with U.S. dollars to shoot down Russian helicopters.)
All this before he was barely out of his teens!!
