Notice the line claiming Barry and Biden are legally qualified to serve in the office based on the provisions in the constitution.

On this document no mention of the candidates being legally eligible under the provisions of the constitution. WHy file 2 different documents.

The RNC filed the same document in all 50 states for McCain and Palin.
