In a largely party-line vote, the Republican-led House of Representatives voted Thursday afternoon to prohibit federal funding for National Public Radio and prohibit public radio stations from using federal funds to pay dues to NPR and other public radio distributors or purchase their programming.
The vote was 228 to 192, with one member voting present. Every Democrat opposed the bill, along with seven Republicans.

So its OK with you tht they cal an "Emergancy hearing" just to go after something as minor as NPR? I Don't think much of your priorities. Obama or any other POTUS can spend 20 minutes duing brakets on espn, that just show how Petty the hard right is. Obama playing golf on a vacation WTF.... That ***** might fly when your with your neo con buddies having a beer at the Student Prince but not with me. At one point "W' spent more time on vaction then he did in the Oval office.... Did you whine about that? I doubt it.

Obama has played more golf and gone on more vacations than Bush ever did. Please.
Crawford was not a vacation spot. It was his home. He worked from there. Same for Camp David. Or are you forgetting that is where the great Iraq conspiracy was cooked up after 9/11?
Bush also attended church at Camp David. Pretty irresponsible, right?

Sorry, you're going to need more than a blog post to make this case.
I don't know how old you are but it was awell know fact that w spent ridiculous amounts of time on vacation, its indisputable. As for the blog i could have chosen anyone they all say the same thing.
Yes, that's 487 days. And Camp David is not even where the president has spent the most time when not at the White House: Knoller reports that Mr. Bush has made 77 visits to his ranch in Crawford during his presidency, and spent all or part of 490 days there.
