5 years ago, all the gas prices were the direct fault of Bush, Cheney, Halliburton, etc, etc.
Today? Well today the moonbats are awfully quiet on the matter.
The name "Haliburton" was all over the news when the Hated Bush was in then as soon as Jug Ears was sworn in it was never mentioned again in the Democrat Media.
OBAMA IS BUSH

You're unaware of any differences w/regard to Halliburton in the 2 administrations? Really?
Heh, "Smart" cars. An old Geo Metro gets better MPG and is probably safer, even if it won't turn heads at the local Whole Foods.

I don't think that's true. In any event, it's dumb to blame the President, whoever he/she is, for gas prices.

This genius move was followed by trading out of a spot where they could have gotten the last decent receiver in Robert Ferguson and settled for tackle Matt Light, who will not help any time soon.”
When all else fails, post some vague, unquantifiable, unfalsifiable partisan crap and pretend you've scored some point.
No one is quiet regarding high gas prices. I don't believe anyone blamed Bush for high gas prices, as much as they blamed him for talking out his ass about our need to get off our addiction, while doing NOTHING towards doing so.
What color is the sky on your world?
"I do believe the oil companies need to be scrutinized (and I don't think Bush will do that, he'll just say it real loud. He's from that world.)" PFnVA, 4/27/06
"God bless George Harken Oil Bush and Richard Halliburton Cheney." - Shmessey, 5/5/08
"Halliburton Dick says "Over my dead body" - Shmessey, 3/7/08, discussing foreign oil
Those examples took about 7 seconds to find. Took me longer to cut-n-paste them than it did to find them. Want some more? Oh and here's an example of someone talking and making promises out their ass while doing NOTHING to solve the problem:
About 7 years ago or so, my cousin in Italy had one of those Smart cars. It was whenever they had first come out. I couldn't believe it when I saw one on an autostrada as I flew by it doing 180 kph. That toy was doing maybe 80. Anyhow, when I saw it at my cousins house, two of us picked it up by it's rear bumper off the ground. You couldn't pay me to drive that thing on anything but either a golf course, or maybe inside a Super Costco. That thing is a death trap.

"The most difficult subjects can be explained to the most slow-witted man if he has not formed any idea of them already; but the simplest thing cannot be made clear to the most intelligent man if he is firmly persuaded that he knows already, without a shadow of doubt, what is laid before him." Leo Tolstoy, 1897
Oh dude is that one of the pictures from the set that showed the hamburgered body of the driver of that car? I remember a site that had a set of picks that were just disturbing.

If you were a Real Man and had any balls you'd drive the smart car. Chicken *****
