When exactly were those "good ole days" again, harry? LOL
30's 40's 50's 60's then during the 70's they put a Condom Machine in the Lobby of City Hall, then residents started to put bars up on their first floor windows, that was it for me, when I saw that I knew it was all over.

Do you know that Cambridge borders Somerville, Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, and the big city, called Boston?

I peg you as close to the Belmont line.
Nope, I lived in the Cambridgeport section, corner of Brookline St & Putnam Ave it used to be called "Greasy Village" used to swim naked off the old train trestle under the BU Bridge the BU Bridge was the Cottage Farm Bridge back then. The Belmont line is up on the Mt Auburn St end Mt Auburn St runs right into Watertown.

You swam in the Charles, naked, many years ago. That explains everything.

Oh Boy, how right you are, every toilet in Cambridge emptied into the Charles River lots of dead animals too, everybody had a cat because of all the mice in the three deckers, the cats kept getting knocked up, as soon as the cats gave birth to the kittens they were put in a burlap bag and then one of the kids in the family would walk down to the river and throw the bag off the bridge, nobody had money to have a cat fixed, all kinds of stuff was thrown in the river in those days, they claim a lot of the Polio cases in Cambridge were from swimming there, when your young you don't give a ***** about anything.

Yeah, but that was another great thing about the "good ole days" -- anybody could dump whatever they wanted wherever they wanted. No pesky government regs telling people they couldn't foul the environment.

The Chinese restaurants in Rhode Island would go get them and put them in the food.
