"Some guys play in all-star games, some guys don't. I don't know who picks all those all-star teams. In all honesty, I don't know who picks the combine, for that matter," Belichick said. "How does (Miami-Ohio offensive lineman Brandon) Brooks not get invited to the combine? How did Vollmer not get invited to the combine? I don't know. We can't really worry about that. We just have to try to evaluate them the best we can."

Huh. Maybe it's just too early, but I couldn't find that here.
Interestingly enough, I did find a promise to repeal the smoking ban in businesses.
Um, "Mediation and arbitration changes will also be needed" does not necessarily translate into "screw your contract, I'm removing all collective bargaining right now."
Well then its a good thing the change would NOT remove all collective bargaining rights, only provide limitations. Have you read the bill? What exactly do you think changes to mediation and arbitration as well as the change to QEO refers to?
The quote is from page 5 of that PDF from the Walker campaign, and those two items are also listed on the website that is tracking all of his promises, again probably on another page. Let me know if you still don't see it.
Well, strictly interpreting the language - "getting a little bloody," is quite a bit different than "making someone else a little bloody."
I would think that what was meant was the willingness to get into some trouble, lose a job, risk an arrest, to somehow be willing to be hurt by someone else by doing whatever it is you are doing - in this case, peacefully demonstrating.
All that being offered by way of explanation - it was a bloody stupid thing to say.
Shame on him.
