To much ocean and to few warships, these people split off from the main group and were picked off. I saw the headline when it broke, my first thought was i wondered if it was a rescue attempt gone wrong. RIP

Right, which is why fear of reprisal would help. I mean, we did it when the navy was much smaller and consisted of sailing vessels.

Personally i would like to sign up for one of those "Pirate Hunting expeditions" You get to go out with a high powered rifle and hope they come after the ship your on, then you get to personally bag a few of them when they get to close. I'm not kidding either. I remember reading about them shortly after the 08 incident when the Two pirates were shot and killed by Navy Seals.

I know that after i sober up i'm going to regret this post.

Thirty yards is nothing, i could do that. What is amazing to me is that they parachuted into open ocean at night and rendezvoused with the Navy Ship.

Here's my idea to end this crap with low-life "pirates"....

Every once in a while (maybe once a month) equip a ship with missles and navy personnel and when the pirates come after the ship, just wipe them off the face of the earth.

Do this a few times and I doubt they'll continue.
