Great post and great points. The question is at what point is a corporate entity considered to be acting against America's interests, and can be done about it once that line is crossed? Are there lines yet to be established (such as campaign funding)?
I'm not necessarily anti-corporate, but I think one would have to be a bit naive to think that threats to our national security and prosperity have to wear the flag and seal of a nation-state.
