while the government isn't responsible for mother nature, they are responsible for a levy system it was warned about 25 years ago... even the army corps of engineers has accepted blame for their poor design...

It appears that these days you can sue for pretty much anything, including $54 million versus a dry cleaners, for losing your pants.

You can sue me for posting on this board. Or you can sue the government for the sun going down at night. You can sue for anything - doesn't mean you'll win.

This silly thing will just keep the courts a little more busy until it gets tossed out. Levys schmevies. The government has the police to protect me but if someone breaks into my house, or kills my wife, they aren't responsible to me individually. That's silly.
