Did you read the article.. the parole board did not do it, the appeals court told them to do it.. and there is no reason listed for why they granted the appeal... the wording is strange.."not imcompatable", is the same as is compatable, I think.
Might want to find out why the appeal was granted, before you start ranting and raving and just blaming people... without regard this guy should just stay in seg for the rest of his natural life...it is cheaper than the death penalty.

Not surprisingly, you're assuming he should have had the 3 lifes in the first place.
His crimes were pretty serious, and violent, but there are plenty of people who get life sentences but shouldn't.
Typical righty, though -- claim you want small government, and that the government is inept, but when it comes to laws and the criminal justice system, all of a sudden got complete faith in the government and its bureaucrats.
