Default Under the wire-Azzhole of the year

An 8-year-old and his father are being sued by a skier who said the boy collided with him at Beaver Creek last winter.

David Pfahler, 60, of Allentown, Penn., said he tore a tendon in his shoulder in the crash with Scott Swim. He and his wife have filed a lawsuit in federal court seeking damages over $75,000 for physical therapy, vacation time and other expenses

Scott told Pfahler he was sorry and started to ski away. That's when Pfahler grabbed Scott’s legs, cursed at him and said he would sue him, according to Robb Swimm.

My cousin lived next door to a judge in Stoneham, and I'll never forget what she told him one time, when they had there first chat:

"sue everybody"

I've been rear ended in a car multiple times, and have never sued. I've had my hand crushed on a job site, and never missed a day. People who sue, for the express purpose of profitting, are lower than scum. That's why I'll never vote for that ambulance chasing fraud running for office. When you go skiing, **** happens pal. What a loser this clown is.
