Even dummies like me know that in the UK's Royal Protocol "commoners or people outside of the Royal Famiy are never ever supposed to physically touch a Queen, Lovely Michelle is supposed to be a well educated women of the world, she is the first lady of the USA she is supposed to know how to act in the presence of the leaders of other counry's so what is the first thing this arrogant in your face American First Lady does when she meets the Queen for the first time, she insults all of the UK by putting her hands on the Queens shoulder, you can bet your a$s she knew exactly what she was doing she was purposely insulting all of the UK and tring to tell the world that she is Micehlle Obama and that she makes her own rules.
