Court Marshalled Army Dr. Birther, "I Chose the Wrong Path"
This duh moment brought to you by Orly Taitz and her birther friends, this doctor would not deploy because he believed that Obama was not a US citizen, then was courtmartialed..
World Net Daily, of course, finds the Judge Responsible for his behavior.. but what else is new???
Now he is facing up to 42 months in prison, he claims that he was on the wrong path.. wonder if imprisonment will effect his medical license????..
FORT MEADE, Md. – Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin apologized today for forcing the Army to court-martial him in hopes of compelling President Barack Obama to prove his Constitutional eligibility to serve as commander-in-chief.
Convicted on all four charges against him, Lakin told his court-martial panel he will no longer disobey orders and would resume his military career if the Army would let him.
"I am extremely sorry for everything that has come of this," Lakin said in unsworn testimony during the sentencing phase of his trial. "As a military member, I was wrong."
From the army times, a less biased report.. apparently he tried to make his case into a circus regarding Obama's citizenship, and the judge would not allow it..
Lakin explained that he tried for two years to figure out to whom in the Army he could raise his questions about Obama's eligibility but that he was not given guidance what he should do. He acknowledged he used his deployment as a way to raise the issue and that he knew when he disobeyed orders that his "career was over."
A number of supporters who have been present throughout the court martial, which began Tuesday, said they were disappointed with the court martial and the fact that a military judge refused to let Lakin present evidence about Obama's birth certificate during it, an order she gave in September. But after testimony Wednesday they said they continued to support Lakin.

No need to see them, I'm sure if the people wanted to see them those Presidents would have been more than happy to show them to us, they had nothing to hide, it's a simple request asked by the people who elected him and gave him his job one would think he would have the decency to do this simple thing that some Americans are asking of him.
