This "bastion of journalistic excellence" is the only one brave enough to print the Monica Lewinsky scandal, unlike CBS, and NBC who had the story and sat on it. Sure they also claim that monekys can fly, and that Britney is a drunken whore, so they are batting .500 on that stuff. Which is right about the average of CNN's truthfullness.

I could really care less about Edwards or his "love child". Gee an ambulance chaser who is unfaithful to his wife, what a suprise!!!!
But of course, if your wife is a cancer survivior and you've been cheating on her, then it does show that you are a heartless SOB, and deserve all the pain and public ridicule that can be brought.

Many many times the N I will put out a story on their front page and everybody laughs at it and rolls their eyes then a week or so goes by and all of a sudden CBS-NBC-ABC are all reporting it as though they had the "Scoop Of The Year" give it a little time I could be wrong but you will know if I am right if Cute Perky Katie puts on her little "Sad Face" and is forced to mention it.

Ummm...No one's saying a candidate can't say anything. Just that he should be judged on what he says. What else do you have to go on besides looks? Past voting record apparently doesn't matter anymore.

Ever see a crowd of "Young Republicans" or "Young Conservatives" shout down a speaker on college campus??? I've never heard of it. Never. Yet, I remember at my own graduation from college in 1969, there were some Left-wing kooks who stood up and turned their backs on the commencement speaker, New York governor Nelson Rockefeller. Imagine that, Nelson Rockefeller!! You'd think it was Josef Stalin or Adolph Hitler or Mao Zhe Tung, but no, those guys all made the cover of Time magazine; they were all "cool". But the liberal left loonies way back in 1969 were protesting Nelson Rockefeller, a man whose family had provided jobs for probably more people than lived in all of New Hampshire at that time. And it's happened a lot more since then: dozens of relatively "conservative" speakers have been shouted down and heckled so much they could not even speak these past 40 years. "Free speech"??? Not if some people can have their way.
