Obama reminds me of JFK. He is youthful and inexperienced. He gives us hope, the kind of hope that we haven't seen since that early 60's candidate. He is an outstanding speaker. The speech he gave at the Democratic National Convention raised every one's eyebrows and put him immediately on the radar as a future candidate. Unfortunately, when a candidate stirs the emotion of a country he is also ripe for the unforgivable. Hopefully, this will not be the case.
I think Obama can overcome his inexperience and be a better President then any other candidate out there. Each candidate has their flaws. I'll take inexperience over someone who has an agenda or whose platform I disagree. If he is the Democratic nominee, watch the mud fly from the right, and witness how a diplomatic person handles it.

I think Frank Moga would lay some "smooth coin" on Obama.

Original messagepresidential primary odds on Intrade.com These numbers are rounded. For example, if you bet $66 on Giuliani, and he got the nomination, you would win $100. If you bet $1 on Kucinich and he got the nomination, you would win $10,000.

Take these numbers with a grain of salt, as they aren't very good at predicting the future. Huckabee's odds were below Ron Paul's just a few weeks ago. Before the 2004 Iowa caucus, Dean's odds were similar to Hillary's current odds.

Personally, I think the odds for Giuliani and Clinton are way too high, the odds for Edwards, Richardson and Biden too low.

Odds of winning the Democratic nomination
Clinton 178:100
Obama 33:100
Edwards 5:100
Richardson 4:10000
Biden 4:10000
Dodd 2:10000
Gravel 1:10000
Kucinich 1:10000

Odds of winning the Republican nomination
Giuliani 66:100
Romney 25:100
Huckabee 25:100
McCain 9:100
Thompson 5:100
Paul 5:100
Hunter 1:10000
Tancredo 1:10000

If she serves in 1016 she can lead the Crusades, deja vu all over again.
